56 ******

I thought this might be entertaining for some of you older members. My brother-in-law was going to have to sell his truck. His Grandmother owned it since almost new, and he's had it about 35 years. I told him he could keep it in my garage on the island, so he dragged it over on Tuesday and we tucked it in for a few years.
Not an Olds, but has it's own type of coolness.

Those are cool and one of the simplest vehicles to work on. It looks to be in fairly good original shape.

I think he said it has 50-60 thousand original on it. Some rust in the floor and box from spending some years outside. Six cylinder four wheel drive. Has JEEP pressed into the metal, I think. Very heavy steel. He backed a bus into the fender and bent it slightly. I couldn't straighten it by hand. Amazingly strong material.

A Willis truck will be my next project If I ever get through with my Cutlass Project and have some time to recuperate. (Physically, mentally and financially). Very cool truck. Thanks for sharing

Nice truck, haven't seen one of those before.

I love the old trucks no matter what make. I have a 52 GMC 1 ton 9430 in my shop all torn down which I hope to complete some day…

Thanks;
Ya she's a little unique. Its a Canadian born truck that was used in Saskatchewan as a grain truck. It has a 9' bed and had a dump box added to it which I have torn off to go back to original. It was in running… not stopping condition when I picked it up. I believe it is the same as the American 8300 series model.
