Check and see if the vin is on the Tran. I have seen a 350 Cutlass with 4SP, at a car show, so there is some.

The original trans will have a VIN derivative stamp that matches the VIN of the car it was originally installed in.

Excellent print Joe, Even provides notes for correcting a mis-stamp. Question, I assume these are gang stamped rather than individual. Correct or no? Also would the engine and trans be whacked at the same station on the production line making them appear identical?

As Joe, said the VIN stamp on the M20 will be key. I have numerous 350 4 speed '72 Supremes tracked as a branch of my V Code (L75 455/M20) registry - I may know of the car. If I don't, I'd like to know more about it whether you buy it or not.

Thanks -
Terry

I gave my oldest son a 69 350 4 speed 2 brl for his first car, because it had a 2 brl his mom thought it would be SLOW, little did she know that the 2 V was a 650 CFM he drove it for 2 years and then we up graded to 455.
