By a nose...

I had a chuckle when I read this. Have a look,
BTW, it's not a real 442 since the VIN starts with 34257 instead of 34457 and a 350/350 combo, but it's a nice looking car for someone who wants to fix it up inside and drive it! *there are plenty of other incorrect things with the car but overall it presents ok*
The 'nose runs' car

I like the part about "the healthy clunk when you put it in drive"

Do you think the minor bubbling of the paint in the lower quarters will hold up for ten more years?

If the nose runs, and the feet smell, you're upside down...

By the way, you'll NEVER see a 34457... VIN, since Olds NEVER built a 442 on the notchback Supreme body. Even the 72 H/O hardtops were 34257 cars (OK technically they were 3J57 cars, but you know what I mean).

Oops. Right. It should be 34467 or 34487 in 71.
72? 3F77, 3G87, 3J67 - I know what you mean. What about 3J67 for 72 HO's???

Yeah, for the converts. Note that I said the 3J57 was for 72 H/O hardtops.
