Why do you want a kit? You'll be much better off buying parts individually. Egge typically sells "white box" parts that are suitable for a stock rebuild, but that's it. Except for the pistons, everything in a 330 is the same as in an Olds 350. Get brand name bearings, lifters, cam, timing chain, oil pump, etc. Pistons may be the most difficult, but you can get those from Olds specialty vendors like Supercars.

Cool...thanks for the ideas...the egges kit is expensive but it must come with the right stuff...I seen kits that were advertised for 600 but didn't know if they would work.

Be aware that almost all aftermarket cast pistons are shorter than the factory pistons, and this will result in the compression ratio being less than what you expect. Sometimes it is significantly less, as in the case of the large dish 350 pistons that can end up in the 7.xx:1 range.

Does that affect my decision to buy the high compression ones?

Well, I have high compression (10.25:1, 6cc dish) cast replacement pistons in my engine and I calculate the true compression ratio is around 8.8:1 at best. If you are dead set on cast replacement pistons, get flat tops. I didn't know any better when I built this engine back in 1982.
