1975 Delta 88 fuel pump 455 engine to carburetor fuel line

Does anyone know who sells a correct fuel pump to carburetor fuel line for a 1975 Delta 88 with 455 engine? I ordered one from Inline Tube via USA Parts and it is not even close. I searched online and nothing looks correct.

Do you have your old tube? I needed the same tube for my '73 Delta 88. Inline Tube didn't have one in inventory, so I brought them my old one and they used it as a pattern to make a new one. I actually live within driving distance of their location here in Michigan, so I was able to go over there with the old one and talk to them. Took them about 10 business days to get back to me with the completed new part. If you live far away, you can send them the old part to use as a pattern. They do this all the time. I would deal directly with Inline Tube and not go through USA Parts, if that's even possible.

Here's the original line.

Here's the new one installed on the engine. I did have to do some minor tweaking of the bend next to where it passes by the oil fill tube to get it to fit there. The duplicate was not a 100% match of the original, but it was very close and works well.

Or just make your own. It looks intimidating, but it's relatively straightforward and easy to get the hang of it.

If the Inline Tube one is similar in overall length, buying a handheld tube bender and "adapting" it, using the old one as a template may be the easiest way to go. This is what I did with my '69 4-4-2, although it may not have been as far off as yours sounds to be.

These are great suggestions, thanks all. The Inline Tube they sent me is 1/4” line with 1/2” fittings and the original is 3/8” line with 5/8” fittings. I live near Inline Tube so the easiest option may be to bring them my original to use as a template.

Okay, apparently you weren’t kidding when you said "not even close". They must have sent you one for a Volkswagen.

Did you contact them about this? Tell them that the fittings aren't even right? This isn't a minor mistake.I can see a bend in the line somewhere being off a little bit on the new one versus the old one, but getting a fitting size wrong? No. Either USA or Inline has a mistake in their catalog, which wouldn't be a surprise.

Take the part you were sent too along with sales receipt.

James Kryta of all people knows Oldsmobiles use 3/8" fuel supply lines. I can't think of any large displacement engine that used 1/4" line on anything but a fuel RETURN line.

Is the part you received bent like the original? Sounds to me like someone mislabeled or mis-boxed something, or it was in the wrong bin in the warehouse and the warehouse monkey didn't pick up on it.
