Customer car. With the switch in the off position, the wipers operate in the high speed, low speed in low & inop. with switch in high speed position. I've ran into this before but can't remember what the problem was/is? I've switched the connector around with no luck, along with the black/yellow connector on the motor. Any help appreciated.

 

A friend just had this problem doing a W31 resto.
He took the interior switch apart & turned the contact lobe 180, now works good. It seems like a lot of the newer or repop switches have this problem.
