1970 radios

Is a radio for a 1970 Cutlass a 2 part system? Are the radio and amplifier separate from each other?

No. It is all transistorized and in one unit.

70 AM and AM/FM Mono were one piece. The AM/FM Stereo were 2 piece.

The 74 fullsize am 8 track stereo is 2 part.I have one if interested unknown if it works.
