1970 Pace Car 12 bolt SE id?

Just got the letters off the axel tube. I think the SE id is 3.23 open end (dog leg) Is this correct? If so, I want to get 3.42 posi set up for this. Need all the info I can get or does somebody out there have a nice 3.42 posi Olds rear end for sale?

Thanks!!

Sounds good to me.

That W27 rear on evilbay is pretty nice?

If you go to the Olds Junction heading on the top of the page and then to the Olds Faq it has the codes.
Even better is to go to the Olds Wiki of the Olds Faq, easier to navigate and I think some mistakes were fixed in the Wiki format too.
