Cool 1970 Olds Rallye 350

Question on tire Decal,

I have the picture in the manual stating where it supposed to go but need help.

Am I holding the decal in the right place??

That is where your cert. decal goes (it will have the vin number typed on it)
I believe the detail in the upper right hand corner of the assembly manual page you are showing is right.

It's interesting that the sticker locations are different for Sport Coupes and Holiday Coupes.

Looking at yours made me realize what a crummy sticker I had, so I ordered a new one!!! Looks great!

The VIN sticker I had reproduced by ECS Automotive. You need their part number GMV10. http://www.ecsautomotive.com/productdesc.php?co=g&id=21
The GM sticker I found at the Parts Place and bought it off eBay.
