1970 Delta 88 Royale on ebay

I need this car for parts. Hoping someone knows where it's going and if it's just being harvested for the 455. Please let me know.

That is a pretty nice old car and looks too nice to part out.

I agree, too nice to chop up ! I think it has had some work done, the "splatter paint" doesn't seem to go down the inside of the fenders in the trunk area ?
It would still be a nice ride !

Did I miss something? The auction hasn't even ended yet. How does anyone know whether or not the car is being parted out? Frankly, at the current bid it is unlikely that someone is paying that much just for a motor.

The original poster said he needs it for parts. But I hope someone buys it & saves it, seems like a nice car.

What parts are you looking for? Have you tried placing a parts wanted thread here yet? I've got some parts from a car I dismantled and I know Scott has had a couple full sized 1970 parts cars too. Maybe we can help you come up with what you need. John

I simply said the car was too nice to part out. I agree that at the current price it will probably not be parted. It seems like a bargain at the current price. I added it to my watch list to see what it sells for.

What the OP really said was that he wanted to know if someone was buying it for the engine, and implied that HE wanted the rest of it for parts:

At a selling price of $4,875 I don't think this one will be parted out.

That car won't last much longer because it will turn back to i
it's spNatural resources before it's sales. But who knows.
