1970 cutlass olds 455 bib block fuel problems

my olds 455 big block is having fuel problems at random.
olds 455
TH350
eldebrock performer rpm heads
eldebrock performer intake low rise plane
750 cfm eledebrock carburetor

had fuel pressure gauge off... started noticeing problems.... hooked it back up
had a fuel pump that puts out 6psi fuel pressure
gauge is reading 6 at idle... once at WOT after about 5 seconds it drops below 3 psi and almost wants to kill sometimes.

i also noticed that when getting on it (WOT) in second gear... before it would get up to 4600-4700 rpms quick and was performering really well. now in second gear i punch it (WOT) and it only gets up to 4000rpm.

i have tried adjusting carbuator and just replaced fuel filter because i noticed it was dirty.

also on the 4 barrel carb the back right opening is does not look wet with any gas when i rev it up in park.
the back left port is wet and i can see gas come out of there.

could my secondaries be getting stuck or what?
i dont know what to do!!!
please help me out!!!! thanks everyone

Assuming your pump/gauge are before the carb, thinkin' your problems there. My car's running a rear electric Mallory 140 pump/filter, with regulator/gauge at the engine. Never had any fuel delivery problems with this. Like the set up, as can fill the carb bowls before start up, and hit a dash switch when parking, emptying them out again.
