1970 442 but Dealer Installed W-30?
Supposedly this 1970 442 had the W-30 option installed at the dealership and they have the documents to prove it.
How would they have installed the different engine parts (heads, intake, cam, etc) and the modified TH-400 trans?
Plus it has power brakes and AC. Maybe added later?

Looks like plenty of repainted interior parts.

Any story about dealer installed this or that, or one of one stuff is 99.9% chance bullshit. Not just because it's fanciful, but the odds of it being on the car you just happened to run across are also almost nothing.
It's like the w-31 rallye 350.

There is not one person here that thinks it is. If anyone thinks a California built car is a true W car? That's why we have scam dealer with a video even. No trust us...
