1969 cutlass supreme Question

Theres a guy selling a 1969 cutlass supreme with 455 and 400 rebuilt. He says the car is solid and that it was painted 3 weeks ago not professional paint job but its alright. Anyone seen this car, really interested in it.

I'd check this one out if you're in the market for a 69.

I don't know anything about the other one either.

Hey Dapa,
Did you go look at the one you found? Looks real clean--could make it into a nice sleeper!

Naw... I'm down in Portland OR. I just check the Seattle CL sometimes. The mill where I worked shut down at the end of Feb. A former co-worker called me this week about hood hinges for a 68. He's got another former employees 68 442 at his place. I ended up going over to check out the motor numbers. The car had sat in a field for 7 or so years. The city was getting on the owner to clean up. Anyway, I half expected it to be a mess. Turns out the car's not that bad. (the motor turned out to be a 71 350) Being that close to a 68 has me wanting a 69 again! But the budget says no! I did kick my job search up a notch or two. There are two 69's similar to the one I posted near me. If I was working I think one of the 3 would be in my driveway by Monday!

The guy won't sell the 68 442. Or the 70 Roadrunner my buddy's storing for him!

Only problem is the border and getting it across, anyone here have any experience importing a car. Also the guy said the cars brake lights have problems and it was painted but not really that good. Its painted chebby blue.
