Was 1967 a good year?

I always remember my dad taking me car shopping when I was a kid.
When he bought his 72 cutlass,I was trying to get him talked into a 67 442 convertible.
I remember sitting in the yellow car with black interior..with all the hurst emblems everywhere...of course he bought the 72.
Anyway,I know have a chance to pickup a 67 F 85 coupe...$2600..
Fairly straight and original..330 motor.
Any photos and opinions appreciated.

I may be a bit biased because I have a '67 442 Convertible, but I think it is one of the best years. The '67 A-body is a great year to have as far as part availability both new and used.
I'm curious as to the Hurst emblems you refer to. A stock '67 442 would have 2 at the most, one "H" on either side of the shifter if it was a 4-spd or 3-spd manual. What emblems were you seeing?
