1967 Cutlass - what would normally bolt here

Is it the chrome grille piece that bolts into these two holes?

Also, I have two green wires with connectors coming off of my headlight harness on the passenger side and then one green wire with a connector on the drivers side. Looking at my pics before I started taking the car apart it doesn't look like they were connected to anything. Could these be for the horns???

Drew, I've got a 1967 Cutlass 4 door "survivor" car I'm using as a daily driver. I consider it very original and unmolested. It has these holes but there's nothing attached to them. Possibly for an option? AC condensor? Transmission cooler? John

The green wires... yes the horns use a green wire. The top horn has two wires in the connector, one coming in and one going out. The wire going out ends with the connector attached to the bottom horn. Does that sound like what your seeing?
