oil sending unit

oil sending unit

ok olds guys, need some help. i have a 1969 442 with 400 motor. have factory electric gauges for oil and temp. my oil pressure needle will jump around for a bit then settle in to where it needs to be. does it quite often. i replaced the sending unit but still does it. any solutions?? if you would, PLEASE e-mail me direct at 24bing@charter.net. would appreciate any help!!

I wonder if the connector is corroded or loose for the sender wire? Is the oil pressure gauge the only one affected? I was wondering about voltage issues in the dash?
