65 Cutlass Horn Problem

Ok, when i press the horn button, the relay clicks. I've been told this means the relay is fine, but when i jump accross it, the horns blow. Its one of those horn relay/battery cable junction blocks. Any ideas?

The relay clicking doesn't mean that is necessarily good. I would bet on the relay. If you have a voltmeter or one of those indicator troubleshooting light bulb pens then check for a switched voltage when the relay clicks. If it isn't there you have a bad relay.

Very true mark, if you can disassemble the box and reassemble it. I just change the relay if one is available as I find that to be easier.
Jordan, what did you do to solve your problem?
