Specifically, the ones that are bolted to the bottom of the dash on the left and right. I technically need them for my 81 GMC, they are the same setup. None of the parts stores have a listing, and I can’t read the numbers on the base of the one bulb I have. I found a few bulbs that appear to have the same base.

1004 or 1004LL (long life) lamp is for the truck.

 

They're bolted? Hmmm....lamps aren't bolted, maybe the sockets are bolted...I've not seen lamps bolted to bottom of the dash. And, are you talking about the "courtesy" lamps mounted to the bottom rail under the dash on both the LH & RH side?

yes, the COURTESY lamp SOCKETS that bolt the the underside of the dash on both the left and right.
