Wiper switch for 62 98
Yeah I've only had her for 2 days so haven't trouble shot anything even it it turns out not being the switch I'm thinking as hard as it seems to find parts like these having a spare or two isn't a bad idea.
The **** was loose thats why it didn't feel like it was doing anything.
Got 12 volts to the motor but nothing happens.
Did you replace or repair your motor?
I took the cover off my motor and cleaned the old grease out of it. That stuff gums up after many years and things stop moving. Needs a good cleaning and re-lubing. It's a pain, because you've got to pull the wiper arms and cowling to get at the bolts to remove the motor.

Definitely looks like a pain but it's gotta be done.👍
All was going well. Got motor out. Wasn't too bad.
Everything looked brand new inside so I decided to pop the cover off the motor itself. Very very bad idea.
I have no idea how I'm gonna get these bushings back around the rotor.

Cleaned all the old grease out of the motor and got it working!
High and low.
Washer pump engages but doesn't pump.
Pretty sure the orifices on the hose connector are clogged.
Still want to replace the switch. Have a search saved on Ebay.
If anyone sees one please let me know.
Thanks for all the replies.
