1965 olds f85 console tach wiring

Wanting to add a console tach to my 65 olds f85 deluxe 330 swapped sedan. Purchased one off eBay. All the other threads I've searched show a different tach. Any insight on wiring this up? Took it apart and the lugs have no labelling just numbers. Pictures attached

The insulated terminal goes to the "-" side of the coil. The brackets are the ground. The illumination bulb socket has a separate wire. Done.

No need for an inline fuse to the distributor?

Any idea where I can find the illumination bulb/socket?

No fuse, the signal is a series of pulses as the coil discharges.
