This picture is of a orange and pink harness under the dash of my 1972 Cutlass. I do not know what it is supposed to be connected to. Help please

Can someone tell me what this harness should be connected to on my 1972 Cutlass?

 

It would connect to the electronic kickdown switch on the gas pedal of a car with a turbo 400 trans. If your car has a turbo 350 with a kickdown cable (2 cables coming in through the firewall attached to the gas pedal) then that connector is just taped to the harness and does not connect to anything.
