looking for door actuator for 67 cutlass

Hello everyone. I have 1967 Cutlass 2 door. Im in the process of putting an alarm on it. I want to install a lock actuator on it so the door will unlock when i disarm the alarm. I'm having trouble finding the right size actuator. and the originals are rare or to expensive. Can anyone point me in the right direction or are the factory ones my only option

I put Klassic Keyless electric locks on my 67, they work great. Maybe they would work for you.

Most aftermarket lock/unlock actuators will work for the 67. If the lock mechanism and all linkage is clean and well lubricated it is a very smooth system. I had to clean a little grime and dirt off my lock and linkage and it works very smooth now. I used standard duty actuators off fleabay and if you connect them to the correct location they work fine. The actuator kit will have connectors that will let you hook the actuator to the lock rod that sticks out the top of the door and as long as you mount it so the actuator operates inline with the factory rod it will work.
