So on my 76 cutlass it was parked for 27 years so mice got to some wires is anyone able to tell me what these 2 wire are for the black one comes off the distributor and I believe goes to the starter not entirely sure and the red one I’ve got no clue on any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Can you take a picture further back so we can see the location of the wires and get a better orientation of where these wires are located? It’s hard to tell/see where these wires are located - driver side, passenger side, firewall, etc.

 

Looks like the upper last bolt on the left hand valve cover.
