Where or what does this connect to 68 442?

So I am attaching my harness to my instrument panel and I have all of my books and schematics out...I labeled almost everything but this....any ideas what it connects to? There are two of them pictured(spare harness)my door switch on the drivers side connects with a flat spade type connector and from what I can tell, the courtesy lights are basically their own harness direct to the fuse block. HELP!

Looks to be maybe a radio or factory stereo connection?

Was it a Safety Sentinel car (speed alert?) Looks kinda strange, not having any insulation on the terminals.

It looks like the pin connector on the drivers door for the interior lights although the drivers side has three wires. The passenger side is different and has the 2 spade connectors.

I just finished wiring my dash last night but much of it was already installed because I redid the harness before putting the dash back in three years ago. My seats are out so access is easy. PM me if you haven't found it by tonight. It could be the courtesy light connection next to the convertible top switch too. Almost all the white wires under the dash are part of the courtesy light system

Totally confused now 68 442 convt.

Thanks guys for all the input...So my drivers door jamb switch, was the one with the 2 flat spade type connectors as seen in the first pic, the passenger side switch looks like the second picture that had a bullet connector on the harness(but had a bend where the bullet connector went in at a 90 degree from the switch) Neither of those switches will accept the plastic two pronged connector on the harness. We know it is not for the passenger side..that is fed off the courtesy, map light, glove box harness right?? This two prong thingy is right off the main harness off the first branch from the fuse box....it will reach the driver door switch....AARGHHH Partsplace and Fusick both show the third piece and says 69through71....I am not looking for correctness...just functionality...does it look like this switch and the two pronged connecter could mate and live happily ever after? to hell with it I will just use the switches I have and solder some connectors!

They are all just basically ground wires so it's possible that someone messed with them in the past and combined a bunch. I sent you a PM about the wiring diagram
