The circuit breaker won't show up on the basic wiring diagram in the CSM, since that only shows standard equipment. The wiring for options like power windows, seats, and convertible top (which used that breaker) are covered in the Fisher Body Manual, although for the 1965 model year, that is actually called the Body Service Manual.
