What is this yellow wire?

What is this yellow wire?

All, does anyone know what the hell these wires go to? I have the wiring diagram and I've seen them on here, but am unsure. As you can see from the picture, the wires were cut. It looks like one wire is yellow and one is yellow w/ black stripe. Where do these go?

The picture below is a pic of the bundle of wires that runs to the trunk area.

If that comes out of the body harness under the driver's seat, that's the connection to the seat belt switch for the seatbelt warning light used in cars built after Jan 1, 1972. The wiring diagram was printed at the beginning of the model year, which is why you don't see it there.

Thanks for this.i thought I was going crazy when I didn't see it in the diagram.
