1972 Cutlass s blinker not working

I have a 1972 Cutlass s, and I have recently noticed that the driver side turn signal does not blink. Both lights come on and the dash lights come on, but they stay solid and do not blink. The passenger side blinker blinks perfectly fine. Is there a fix to this??

Check the driver side turn signal bulbs, they are two filament bulbs. The parking lights could work, but not the turn signal.

Usually the signals will not work if one of the bulbs is burnt out. Check to see which bulbs are burnt out. As noted these bulbs are 1157 or 1157A. The 1156 bulbs will not work.
Since you say this problem is recent, I'd bet the likelihood is you have a burnt out bulb on the left side.
