What is this called?

Re: 1970 W30 4-speed.....

The little gizmo that is usually installed on the positive battery cable where the wire to the horn relay branches off is missing on my cable. Does anyone know what this part is called and what is its makeup, i.e. metal, tape, etc?

Is something like this available or would I need an entire new cable?

It's either tape or shrink tubing.

My reproduction cable assembly has 1/2" black cloth tape at this location, about 4 wraps.

AMK sells this black cloth 1/2" tape.
