Exclamation Turning Signal isn't working

Hey Fellers,
I've got a Problem. I had a Low pressure gas system (LPG) installed in my Cutlass 72. The carshop removed it last week and from this moment my turning light isn't working anymore.
Strange is, that when i push the brake the turning signals are turning on and don't Flash.
Is that normal that the flasher unit has 12 Volts on both sides. ( sry for bad explaining), or is the flasher unit, that Little round metal thing broken???
Or maybe a ground Problem??
Any help would be great.
Thx

Welcome to C.O.

I suspect the shop that worked on your car buggered up your wiring. Take it back to them and make them fix it. Give them exactly the same explanation you gave us....the problem only started after they worked on it.

Yeah, this is pretty straightforward. The shop damaged your car and needs to fix it.

No doubt the problem will be discovered in some area where they were working.

Yeah, I agree make the shop fix what they broke.

Just for clarification, LPG = Liquefied Petroleum Gas

Talking

Thanks for the quick answers.
I think the Company which installed the Gas System in my car had no idea what they did. They told me it's called low pressure..lol.
But it didn't run well, so i removed it now.
I'm moving next year from Germany to the U.S. and i want to bring my Baby with me into the States. Do you guys have any idea which Problems i could get with the Environmental Protection Agency???
I have heard that People didn't get their car at the Harbor, because of this Agency. They had to ship it back to Europe.
I mean it's an American Car, shouldn't get Problems or???
Thank you for any Information you can give to me.

None.

It was made here and conformed to EPA standards when it was made.

It is also past the age of being an "antique."

I've never heard od anyone having problems bringing American cars back.

But of course, I've never imported a car to the US, so I could be wrong.

Best to check with US Customs and the EPA to be sure.
