Turn signal flasher!

Hello, I was wondering of anybody knows where the turn signal flasher is located on my 71 cutlass supreme. I just can't seem to find it. I just did a brand new main light harness that I bought from Fusick. It was a perfect match and was fairly easy for a guy that don't like electrical! Any help would be great. Thanks!

If it is like the '72, the TS flasher is "conveniently" located up under the dash to the left of the steering column. There would be a clip up there on the lower dash that holds it in place.
It took me over a year to finally run across it...

Yeah, and they conveniently put that "decoy" hazard flasher on the fuse panel.
