Hi Borry,

I can't tell you for sure it's the flasher assembly but as for price, I just replaced my turn signal flasher in a 69 cutlass and the part cost was only $7. Good luck with your repair.

It 'could' be the flasher, but it could also be caused by a burned out bulb at the front or rear, or a poor connection, either positve power or ground.
