Can anyone tell me which relay this is?

It "looks" like a horn relay. Looking it up on Google demonstrates several (and more) Delco Remy horn relays with an ending part number of 882. Does it say Delco Remy on the cover?

Yep, horn relay. The power distribution stud is a giveaway.

Guys, thank you. Explains why my horn sounds like a kitten meowing. I do have an aftermarket wiring harness from painless performance and it has a horn relay built it. Do you cars have super weak horns?

Same here, the horns (note there are two of them) are annoyingly loud, as they should be.
