RADIO DISINSTALLATION AND INSTALLATION

I plan to replace the OEM AM radio in my 1971 Cutlass S with an OEM AM/FM radio. What I thought to be not too complicated now appears to be complicated due to the limited working space behind and below the dash. Can anyone out there tell me how this transfer can be accomplished without me damaging other components behind the dash? Any help would sure appreciated by this hombre.

I've had mine in and out a few times at least, no big deal. The hardest part is the strap on the right side. I took out the glove compartment liner to get better access. If it has air you have to remove the lower distribution duct.
