Try Fusick if you can't get one at your local parts house it may have to be ordered and could take a day or two to come in.
This may sound strange and I hope you understand what I'm about to explain but a Ford 360 has the same length wires and will work just fine but the distributor is in the front of the engine the Old's is in the back but if you just reverse the wires(turn the whole mess around) everything will line up just like it was made for it.... Best of luck...Tedd

Do you need spark plug/ignition wires as Tedd says, or do you need the whole car electrical harness that powers lights, horn, starter etc?
Rhode Island Wiring Service www.riwire.com, Lectric Limited www.lectriclimited.com, and M&H Electric Fabricators www.wiringharness.com are a few that come to mind. They can supply the original style harnesses with the correct wiring colors and terminals that FIT RIGHT.
Painless Wiring is also an option but I'd stay away from that unless the car is modified with a lot of aftermarket electrical loads.
Up front- some of these are running behind due to covid, and wiring harnesses are not inexpensive. But if your car's wiring is at all questionable, it's a good and wise purchase.
