No power to the starter "Please Help"

Ok, I have recently replaced the wiring harness in my 71 Cutlass and I now have no power to the starter from the ignition switch. There is power throughout the car (lights, radio, turn signals etc) and also power to the starter from the battery. I have tested all of the other connections on the ignition switch on the colom and they are good. I have gone as far as replacing the neutarl safety switch also. I want to point my finger at the horn relay, but do not remember which other wires get connected to it other than from the battery. Please help me out so I can get my car back on the road.

Step 1: get a test lamp
Step 2: get a Chassis Service Manual and open to the wiring diagram
Step 3: use the test light to trace the circuit at each connector, starting from the fuse panel and find out where there is no longer power.
Step 4: fix the problem you find.

Use a thick wire to jump across the neutral safety switch (the two big purple wires). IF it cranks, then either the switch is misadjusted or bad. If the reverse lights come on in reverse, then the switch is in adjustment already.
