LED Turn signal bulbs fit
Has anyone found any LED bulbs that actually fit in the front turn signal socket?
I bought some about a year ago from Digitails and they do NOT fit the distance from the shoulder of the bulb to the nubs on the sides is short by about 1/32" I had to file away 1/2 the nub width on both sides to get it to barely turn in the socket, then of course the nubs sheared off... Looking for something decent!
Have the Digitails tail light kit installed, that is fine.
Thanks for any help!

I had some success with this yesterday. I used a set of old front turn signal housings, used a piece of threaded rod with a nut on it, and flattened out the copper socket on the inside of the housing. Then I used a flat grinder stone chucked in a drill and removed a very small amount of the copper to get the burrs off the face of the socket. A couple of repeats of this operation worked. Take it slow and careful, do not remove a LOT of the copper, as that would weaken the socket. keep the fit snug.
