IP Lights, tail lights out- 1994 Cutlass Supreme

Would anyone have an idea on a fix for what I can do to fix this one, here's what's not working:

When I turn the headlight switch to parking lights, all instrument panel lights, parking lights, side lights, fog lights will not work.

Here's what works ok: When the headlight switch is turned all the way to Headlights (both hi and lo beams) they work ok, directional signals all the way around work, emergency flashers all the way around work .

The clstr and indic fuses were checked and they were good. I changed the headlight switch to an NOS one I had, still no results.

Is there something I am not remembering to check?

thx as always

Seems to me that maybe the fuses are ok, but the connections in the fuse block may be corroded preventing the circuit from operating.

See if there's a fuse labeled "park/tail" like earlier cars had.

Past that you'll need the electrical troubleshooting manual.

Nope and Yep. Looks like it's the big green book for me. I'm not too good at understanding/reading the wiring for troubleshooting so it looks like it will need to head to the shop.

I can only drive it during the day with its current ailment. Not good enough.

You will still need to read a wiring diag to find their location, but the ground connections might be a problem.

Done deal...……….I'm happy to report I did not read the manual correctly for the fuse box under the hood, thought it was only the ones behind the glove box, turned out it was a blown 25A mini-fuse located in the underhood block, I failed to check that. Back to night driving with this Olds!
And thanks for everyone's suggestions, they were much appreciated!
