Identify and Replace Electrical Parts

1970 Cutlass Supreme with 350, AT, cruise, PW, PS. Can someone identify the two electrical parts attached to the firewall in the picture so I can replace? I believe the one on the right is a circuit breaker? The other I'm guessing is a relay. My horn relay sits on the drivers side fender, which you obviously can't see.

Thanks.

The part above the brake booster is the high speed blower relay for the A/C fan motor. The part closer to the fender is a circuit breaker for high amp acessories like power windows, power seat, or power top. Why do you think they need replaced?

Thank you.

Just wanted to be safe as the vehicle had sat outside in the Northeast for many years.

There was also a similar looking relay on the passenger fender. I thought maybe that was the blower relay.

The relay on the passenger fender is an A/C compressor hold-in relay.
