I need help
I have no signal lights or backup lights there are 2 green wires going to the neutral saftey switch power to one side signal lights work other side reverse lights work so my question is where do these green wires get there power? 1970 cutlass with console.
Hmmm, you may not be getting much response due to color based questions that most simply don't know the answers. These issues are best solved with a Volt/Ohm meter on the 20VDC setting testing for actual power point to point. You can also use a cheap, 12V test lamp. Start at the fuse load side and chase it to where you find the failure.
Also identify exactly what is not working. Your first post is unclear for front, rear or both. Did all fail together? Does the dash turn indicator(s) show solid when directions are selected? Do the emergency flashers work all around? This would be helpful info.
Thing is, backups and turns are on independent fused circuits so something would be strange for all to fail at the same time. I'd be also checking lamp grounds with an ohm meter for continuity. Ground is the only thing in common to all.

TS and BU lights are on the same circuit in 72, and most likely in 70.
Check for voltage (12V) at both sides of the fuse SIG/BACKUP, or REPLACE fuse. Never just look at a fuse to see if it is good.
The light green exits the fuse and supplies power to the TS flasher and the reverse light switch.
This circuit also supplies poer for the TCS (trnas controlled spark) solenoide at the front left of the intake. Many times a short will be caused here by owners who disable or remove the solenoid.
On a side note, please use punctuation in your posts - makes them much easier to understand.

Thanks for the replies sorry if i was not clear. The green is power once i figured that out all works fine, fuse was good.I knew everything was working but power to the flasher was the problem all along,i thought it might have been from the netraul safety switch. Now if i could figure out how to repair pins on my guages. Thanks for replying.
