how can my tac be wired to procomp distributor
I don't know what a "two wire HEI" is. All GM HEI distributors have a three wire connector that runs from the module in the distributor body to the cap, then a single power wire labeled "BAT" on the cap. There is also a terminal labeled "TACH" next to the BAT terminal, which is where you connect the wire from the tach that previously went to the coil.
From what I can see on the web, the Procomp 7000 series is NOT an "HEI", which is GM's proprietary name for the coil-in-cap distributor design. This is where correct terminology would help you get a better answer sooner. The 7000 is simply an electronic trigger distributor that uses an external coil. It's frankly no different than putting a Pertronix unit in your stock distributor. Since you have an external coil, the tach should just hook up to the negative terminal of the coil, just like it would on any point-style ignition system.
