I just rebuilt the steering column on my 79 Cutlass. I got everything done and when I reconnected the wiring harness the horn stays on. I have a billet specialties steering wheel, and all the connects are ok. Did I blow a relay or something? Thanks in advance -K

 

You need to go back and check your connections. You have a short somewhere in the way you reassembled everything. The horn relay is activated by a ground (the black wire) that feeds from the steering column.
