Horn button help

Not sure if this is the right forum. It's interior and electrical haha
Anyway, attached is a picture of my horn button removed, and I can't remember where the spring contact thing goes into the steering wheel, and,

what retains it? I think I took a pretty good picture of the hole it goes in, does it look broken? Before I dig deeper, is this something repair / replaceable?

That broken tube is part of the cancel cam. Now the steering wheel and lock plate need to come off to replace it.
