...is it possible to go with a 12gaug. from the HEI (BATT) direct to the pink wire from the ignition switch?

Yes.

Be sure to solder, and to either tape very well, or use heat shrink tubing.
Also, this is a non-fused circuit.

Hey Eric,
please look at the pic, you can see that instead of the pink wire a big black wire go out from the ignition switch and connect with the yellow wire that go to the HEI(BATT)
The pink go the red connector that connect the Black and Yellow wire.

Where must be a fuse and how much Ampere must be the fuse?

sorry for my english

Guessing that this is a 1965 or '66, the ignition switch should have six wires coming from five terminals:
  • Red: Battery (supply)
  • Brown / White: to Alternator
  • Brown: to Accessories
  • Pink: to Ignition
  • Green: to Panel Lamp Test
  • Purple: to Starter

They fit into the plug in this order:

Judging by your picture, it looks as though somebody connected an 18" long, thick, black wire in place of the Pink wire that is supposed to go to your Ignition circuits, then connected that wire to your HEI and to the factory Pink Ignition wire using a factory "Packard 56" 2-into-1 connector that was designed for something else. Provided that all of the connections are made well, and especially if you can solder them (the ends of the Pink wire and the HEI wire look as though they are just crimped, not soldered), this is an acceptable way of connecting your HEI. If you prefer, you can remove the thick black wire, solder the Pink wire directly to the HEI wire, and then connect the Pink wire directly to the ignition switch terminal, but you don;t have to.

Sorry, I wasn't clear.
There should be NO fuse to the HEI or the points.

That's quite alright. You are probably doing better than I would in your native language (not sure which one that is). I only get annoyed at Americans who can't type a clear English sentence .

Please tell me if my explanation makes sense to you, or if I need to explain better .

Yes, you really helped me...it´s a 65 442

The brown/white goes direct from the ignition switch to the Alternator?

I have an other electrical problem about the ignition, the IGN Lamp on my Instrument shines if i clamp on the battery without the key is in the ignition switch.

Don´t know if the preowner has make a mistake when he convert from ex. to internal Alternator...but to converting i only need a new alternator and regulator conversion kit http://www.lectriclimited.com/images...-vak6368si.jpg correct?
The preowner make new Alternator wires, where must goes this two wires...to the regulator?

Any idea for what this relay can be good ?

You don't have a wiring diagram, do you?
You can't possibly be doing this without a wiring diagram.
Do you have a 1965 Chassis Service Manual? If not, I would strongly recommend getting one.
Until you do, you can download it for free from Wild About Cars.
Here is a link to the section with the wiring diagram.

And the answer is, Yes, the Brown and White wire goes to the alternator, but not directly.

Not correct. You do not need any kit.
See this thread for more information.

I believe you mean the GEN light, no?

For answers to these two questions, as well as more information about the question you asked above them, see this thread.

Someone replaced the original horn relay (right next to the one you are talking about) with a new relay. You can see the two spade terminals where the black and green wires used to connect. Presumably the old horn relay doesn't work.

I'm not sure what the question is here, but I will try to answer it anyway.

Here is a schematic picture of your horn relay, from the Chassis Service Manual:

And here is your photo, with the different parts labeled:

Does that make more sense?
