Fuel sending unit

Repaired my 65 98 sending unit. Have pics and resister readings and can post if it will help someone here.
My question.
Does anyone know where a new pickup sock can be found that will resist todays poor excuse for gasoline ? I have seen them somewhere.

I think they pretty much all resist today's gas. Try here or here

Or you can just google "fuel sender sock" and get lots more options.

I'd appreciate that. The sender in my 62 needs to be repaired. Of course, that's a 30 ohm unit, not a 90 ohm unit. Not sure if you 65 is 30 or 90.

Here you go, mine is a 90 OHM
The first thing I found was the ground wire was broken off the sender.
Then I found I had no continuity between the positive connection and the sender body, so I pulled it.
Found no wire between pos. connector to resistor.
Checked for continuity across resistor and had none in any float position. Bent open tabs to get access to resistor.
Carefully sandblasted and cleaned resistor windings and contact on float arm.
Checked Ohms across resister windings in different positions, and resistor windings were not open, showing continuity.
Reassembled resistor. Checked again, Ohms were ok throughout float range. (@4 to 100).
Soldered a 12 guage THHN wire from positive connection to resistor. (You can see were I had a jumper in pic, marked with blue tape.) I guess factory used a copper ribbon here, but THHN is gas resistant, and it was what I had.
Soldered on a new ground wire, and tested again.
