Frozen Gauges. Ground?

When I go out for the first start of the day (32degrees and less) the gauges will not work (Oil Pressure/Fuel/Volt), they lay flat. The temp gauge heads all the way to 280 and then back down. Once the interior of the car is a comfortable temp the gauges SNAP to attention and all is well.

Thoughts?

Try cleaning and tightening the connections where the plug goes into the printed circuit board on the back of the instrument cluster. Can you get the gauges to work by pushing the instrument cluster in or moving it slightly?
