Has anyone hooked up a factory stock tape deck with a new upgraded factory radio? Anything special need to be done or parts needed?

We had this discussion only a few months ago. I assume by "upgraded factory radio" you mean one that's had new internals retrofitted. I'll assume that conversion has AUX input jacks.
