Engine Harness

So I ordered a new engine harness to match my rebuilt motor for my 69 442.

Does the harness just pull out of where it plugs into the firewall or are there tabs clips etc, I looked and it seems like it will just pull out but didn't want to try it until the new one arrives.

there should be one bolt right in the middle. i think it has a 3/8 head on it. after it is out it will just pull off. then the forward light harness and engine harness will separate from each other.

Wow did this harness go in easy and looks good, American Autowire gets my vote on quality, and Rock Auto on the price.

I was very happy with the harness that I used from American Autowire. They refurbished my dash harness and replaced the balance with repro harnesses that installed in all the original factory fastening areas.
