dash lights 1965 cutlass
I was wondering if you need to ground your instrument panel? I have lights to aftermarket gauges. I also do not have any power to radio. To heater, headlight switch there is power. Checked all fuses and good. Using a painless wiring kit. Car starts and all. any help would be great. Thanks in advance
