Cut wires

I have a 1971 Delta 88 and at the main grommet throught the wire wall the red, black and green wires are cut. As far as I can find out the red is the main power up to the dash but that all works. I am searching everywhere for the proper wiring diagram but the closest manual I can find is for a 73 Buick. If anyone knows or has a link please share. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the big cars are covered here:

The wiring diagrams start on page 3

Thank you very much. I can't believe how much they want for a service manual on Ebay. Damn google didn't come up with that site.

As the factory generally did not run wires through a gromet, I am going to assume a previous owner did. The colors sound like an aftermarket tach or some sort of gauge package.

I ran out of daylight but I will trace them back into the dash and see if I can figure it out. At the very least remove the left overs.
