Converting to a internal regulated alternator
Hi everyone,
I would like to clean-up my firewall and remove the external regulator and go with an internal regulated altinator.
I have search some older threads and have read up about it, but I was wondering if someone could walk me threw the wireing so I know for sure how to hook it up. I have heard its easy to do but I would like to confirm it first.
A scimatic or drawing would be nice, but if you could tell me which wire goes where that's cool too.
Oh by the way I have a 71 442 with A/C.
Thanks guys,
Dave

All 1969-1971 442s came with an internal regulator alternator. For the oddball 1972 model year, the internal regulator was dropped.
